Off the shoulder.. Summer styling

Happy Wednesday Guys!

I am a huge fan at the moment, of the "off the shoulder" look. From tops to dresses its the perfect piece for summer..There is some great ones out there and I love the simplicity of them its so easy to dress them up or down. So I've pulled a few looks together on how I would still mine...hope you like it!

Look 2...The thing about off the shoulder tops are they are great for a night out too not just for day wear, although they work for both! Look 3, Again the off the shoulder dresses are super, and the one above is a fab night time look, this is a denim material and looks amazing on. You can find it for €29.95 here, Beaded bag is gorgeous and perfect with the dress for €33 its available here, Adore these neutral heels will go with lots of other things in your wardrobe, available here

look 4...Still sticking to a night time look (date night/girls night) loving this, its so simple yet stylish! How amazing are those heels with the pop of mustard, love these and they are amazing in person such good quality, you can find them at Zara for €45.95 here, I've paired them with a leather pants but if you are looking to buy any type of leather pants then it should be the freddy pants ...amazing..they are pricey at €119 but in the grand scheme of things they are so so worth it, you can get them here. Off the shoulder top is €14.99 and available here. I love a pop of colour in a bag and this one is perfect you can grab this one from Zara for €19.95 right here.

Look 5 is another look for the summer or while your waiting on this sunny weather to arrive, why not get wear out of this by adding heels and having a night out!! Just loving the off the shoulder pieces, They are a great summer time look and its staying around for a while! I love it for its wear ability and its a simple way to look fantastic.

Culottes.. And how to wear them

Hey my lovelies, 

Hope all of you enjoyed the weekend, wasn't it great to have a nice long one??

We'd great fun despite the weather...consumed copious amounts of easter eggs!! 

I don't know about you guys but I am loving the culottes at the moment...bear with me though, as the first time I spied them in the stores before christmas, my first reaction was hell no!! Whose going to wear them? Fast forward to March, and I've answered my own question, I'm wearing them!

I love mine, I bought a fab khaki/beige pair in Zara and they are the most comfortable pair, nice and warm and look great with a pair of heels and jumper/top.

Now I know Culottes are not for everyone..cue my sister's sniggers when I bought a pair..in her words " Ive been transported back to my 20's!" but when she saw me wearing them she seemed to change her mind!!

I've pulled together some looks for you and ideas on how to style them...

With Culottes the idea is to keep it simple, wear an oversize jumper or simple tops

Bomber jacket... This seasons jacket

Ok so this one has taken us by surprised, but have you noticed how the Bomber Jacket seems to be popping up all over the place at the moment...its amazing how fashion seems to evolve all the time, and items when you were younger seem to be coming back in fashion...Why aren't I a hoarder..I could have saved myself lots of money buying todays current trends haha albeit they have altered from the standard bomber in my younger years! 

I know there is a lot of the plainer colours of bombers knocking around but I quite like the embellished ones or patterned ones as you can style them with lots of things...

Afternoon Tea Darling ..what to wear?

So a few events have crept up on me quiet quickly, one being late lunch with my gorgeous girlfriends here in Cork on Saturday, and afternoon tea with my favourite Cloggers (Cork Bloggers & Surrounding areas!) on Sunday. Seriously its feast or famine with me when it comes to events or a get together! I ain't complaining!

I'm very excited to say the least, as not only do we get to dress up but I'll get to catch up with some really good friends....It always boils down to one thing though..what to wear? Seriously, I fret about these kind of things (First world problems and all that!) You'd swear I was having afternoon tea with the Queen herself, although that wouldn't surprise me with the Cloggers ;-)

So on that note I pulled together some looks one might wear to afternoon tea..I know its more formal in England, in bigger hotels in London like the Ritz etc, but I think its less formal when you're doing it with friends here in Ireland..Never the less afternoon tea is the perfect excuse to get dressed up but keep it fun & relaxed too..so on that note here's my suggestions...all I need now is a bank account full of cash so that I can buy something to wear below!! Dressy casual or just dressy.. You decide!

 So isn't it nice to have dressy options when casual just doesn't match the mood as you fall out of bed? Don't get me wrong I'm all for casual but its nice to get dressed up for no particularly reason..or maybe that's just me!!

Anyway I've pulled together a few looks which I would call dressy casual, now this might be too dressy for some but you can decide...You could always wear them for a night out! With storm Desmond and every other storm floating around we could definitely do with warm clothes..I've mainly focused on Skirts and Dresses but if anyone wants some trouser/pants look don't be afraid to ask xx
