Printed dresses for Autumn/Winter

Ok so who else can relate to the above sentence...before kids, yes absolutely, now with kids lets edit the above a little bit...."takes me an hour to get ready"..."45 mins" to dress kids, argue, feed, peace make, brush hair mid tears, wipe blobs of food fired by toddler at random...yes chaos..."and 15 hectic minutes" (mid kid hanging off you, yes literally dangling from your arm!!) for everything else! (in other words 15 hectic minutes to get dressed.)

Phew so hence ladies, why I'm blogging about Printed dresses, the majority of times I love dresses, so handy in the morning (when your morning is as chaotic as mine), to literally throw on and run out the door. They are easy peasy, pop on a pair of flat heels/boots, opaque tights and it looks good!!

Winter woollies.. Knitwear

Winter Woolies....

Seriously this is really what we're thinking when we hear Autumn/Winter ...admit it ladies ;-)

Who among you truly loves cold weather? I'm not seeing any hands in the air. Or maybe that's because it is so cold your arms have frozen to your sides.When I think of winter I think of finding every piece of clothing I own and layering it onto me. Its ridiculous, I get so bundled up that I end up looking more "snowman" than chic!! Not a good look!!

I feel the cold like no one else! I was picking my little lady up from school the other day and popped a fur scarf over me I was that cold, and stood next to another parent as they wore a t-shirt!! Seriously what's wrong with me???..I don't stand a chance in Winter!!!

Autumn looks... Part Two

 So as promised here's part two of the Autumn looks. I've added a few more dresses and skirts in too as the last post was mainly Trousers :-) There are countless of trends for this upcoming Autumn/ winter 2015 season. This includes: double breasted jackets, quilted jackets, folk patchwork, the all leather look, metallics, the 80’s, leopard print, red and victorian influences. Burgundy is pretty much the hottest colour of the season at the moment. Its everywhere and there's some beautiful pieces out there' The main colours coming through are Black, Burgundy/deep red, and all pastel colours – pink, light blue, lilac – greys, orange and teal/green are just some of the shades that will brighten up our winter wardrobe. Layering is huge this year and what better season to do it in during Autumn and Winter..so layer up!
