Kimonos

Ok Ladies, summer is coming. Well technically it should be here but I don't know about you guys, but I'm in spring clothes one minute then winter clothes the next, with all this weird weather its like four seasons in one week!
One piece though I've been wearing a lot is my Kimonos (I picked two gorgeous ones up from White Fawn boutique late last year and I wear them to death)
This wardrobe piece is great for Summer or a night out during the winter! You can throw these literally over anything and it dresses the outfit up!  Throw it over jeans, leather trousers/skirts, casual or dressy skirts, dresses and shorts and it still looks good.
Here's a few street styles popping up lately, and go with bright colours for the Summer ladies....

By far my favourite look, kimonos are best paired with plain tops underneath, keeps the look chic!

Stripes.....Walk the line!

Its all about the stripes this spring/summer and the catwalks were awash with them...different colours different angles, thick, skinny, horizontal or vertical.. but stripes non the same!

So what's the big deal I asked myself? Stripes have always been around, maybe not so much in your face in this decade as other decades but they have never really gone out of fashion have they?

I like stripe looks but subtle stripes, that's just me personally, either way I've pulled together a few looks and where to get the best stripes from the highstreet at the moment...Personally I like my stripes with jeans, a cute blazer or good coat or a casual dress...what's your preference?
