The Classic white shirt

So at the moment I'm still sticking to utilising what's in my wardrobe, until I win the lotto that is!! Fat chance! Or more like until I become rich again or in other words have paid off the Christmas pressie bills to buy more clothes, whose with me??
So hence the classic white shirt, everyone has a little white shirt in the wardrobe, and if you don't well girls you might consider investing one...it looks great and goes well underneath jumpers/sweatshirts or simply on its own. It helps too that white will be huge this spring/summer (the monochrome look) so there will be plenty of white shirts on the highstreet.
In this post, I'm showing you some inspiration from the street on how you can wear a classic white shirt and still look stylish
White shirts always look great with jeans, if you're going for this look wear an oversized shirt (rob your boyfriend/partner/hubbies shirt if you don't have one ;-))as personally it looks that bit better and more comfy looking, check out the look above..very simple and easy to achieve.
Here's similar shirts available if anyone needs to purchase! Try here (€33) and here (€40) & here (€28.57)
Even Mrs VB looks chic with a white shirt, great work look when you pair it with ankle/cigarette leg trousers, it sharpens an outfit!

Again the look above is simple but classy, add a camel coat and black jeans and you've a whole different outfit!

Another look with the oversized white shirt, jeans!
Pair it with blue jeans and ankle boots (penneys have these boots at the moment for €20!) or River Island for €50 here
Or pair it with Black jeans for a more rock chick vibe!

Accessorise your white shirt...accessories can completely change your look see some inspo below..all similar only different accessories..
Great fedora hat (Penneys have great ones at the moment similar to the fedora in the image) and a large black bag!

Coats/Jackets/blazers can all change the look too, see the crop jacket above, Zara has similar here onsale bonus!
Again add a great bag and a pop of colour in the shoes, et voila..super look!
And most importantly you can pair with flats/converse and still look good :-)

White Shirts also look good with skirts, any kind of skirt, leather, a-line, midi..it just goes with everything although when pairing with skirts I find its better to have it more fitted rather than the boyfriend style above...again zara, asos and River Island have lots of styles in at the moment check here (€25.95), here  (€39.95), here (€40) & here (€18.56)

Nice look for Spring/Summer obviously in a different colour skirt and we'll be seeing plenty of colours coming out for Spring..
A fabulous look with a midi skirt and killer heels along with a statement necklace.
You can even wear a white shirt for a night time look, beautiful with these sequins shorts if you have the legs for them!Love the statement necklace too its glams the shirt up a bit..
This is going to be a popular look for Spring/Summer the black and white and this whole outfit is from Asos.com check it out here and here (Brand is Lavish Alice)

And in case you need reminding ladies the classic white shirt never goes out of fashion (Check out the two famous ladies below and they were around way before I was born!). It will always remain a statement piece...so don't be afraid to purchase one if you haven't already!!Even if you're broke,a white shirt will be worth it in the long run..price per wear ladies!

Alex and ani and some new additions!

So for those of you who aren't familiar with this brand let me enlighten you (although somehow I'm sure you're all well aware of this beautiful jewellery as it's flying out the door) Alex and Ani's sole purpose is to design and create bangle bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings that adorn the body, enlighten the mind and empower the spirit. I think it's why I love them and everyone else loves them so much, they allow you to embrace your inner desires, give you inspiration, and they feature powerful, meaningful messages as pendants and symbols. The other lovely thing about this jewellery is its Eco friendly and made from recycled material. I've already invested in the tree of life and my birthstone and I love them both...These bangles are a lovely gift idea for any of your girl family members, friends, or even just for yourself!
