Lovely leather (the Faux type)

Right ..If you have never done this once in your life there's something wrong with you...or maybe there is just something wrong with me haha yes I think its me! I had this situation most recently with a lovely faux leather skirt...hence the above!! And my next blog post...lovely leather..

Printed dresses for Autumn/Winter

Ok so who else can relate to the above sentence...before kids, yes absolutely, now with kids lets edit the above a little bit...."takes me an hour to get ready"..."45 mins" to dress kids, argue, feed, peace make, brush hair mid tears, wipe blobs of food fired by toddler at random...yes chaos..."and 15 hectic minutes" (mid kid hanging off you, yes literally dangling from your arm!!) for everything else! (in other words 15 hectic minutes to get dressed.)

Phew so hence ladies, why I'm blogging about Printed dresses, the majority of times I love dresses, so handy in the morning (when your morning is as chaotic as mine), to literally throw on and run out the door. They are easy peasy, pop on a pair of flat heels/boots, opaque tights and it looks good!!

Shine bright- Opera lane,Cork

 

Last Thursday I had the absolute pleasure of attending the invite only "Shine Bright"event & finale of Cork Fashion Week, hosted by Opera Lane, in the uber cool, chic venue Market Café, Perry Street.

With champagne and canapés a plenty we took to our sits, at the FROW, and enjoyed a beautiful mix of casualwear, Party wear and (oh a treat for the ladies) menswear line. From 70's vibes to plaid, fur, capes, and sparkly numbers ..we were snap happy with our cameras to give you guys all the lowdown on what Opera Lane has to offer. The selection and choice that Opera Lane have to offer, I can guarantee you wont want or need to shop anywhere else. Have you been there?
